The GrillSmith concept features a chef-inspired menu, a wide selection of wines and craft beers all expertly served in a casual and warm environment. Diversified was sought out for this project because of our reputation for high standards in quality and craftsmanship while saving our clients unnecessary expenses.

Here is the open entry way designed to accommodate the largest wait crowds during rush hour. The glass enclosed wine room awaits anxious crowds. Here at DBC we utilized vintage wine racking - brought in from the west coast as an eccentric specialty look with the wine displayed horizontally - it assures correct storage and all is accented with the custom stained maple wood trim.

Here we see the nice cloth upholstered booth seating utilizing GrillSmith's high-end cloth spec. Notice the slate inlay and Maple wood stained accent at the center wall to offer dining customers privacy - all the while still allowing bar patrons a chance to get acquainted.

We call this seating arrangement the "Roller Coaster" Booths. All being completed and designed to match GrillSmith specification and finished in our 20K SF facility.

Here is the back bar cabinet run constructed of solid Maple wood - offering a warm but functional back drop to any big city bar top such as this one. The bar area offers seating for some 30+ patrons. Notice the lower bar wall wainscot - which is a one piece specialty design here at DBC and is accented with a slate-like tile inlay.

Several round high-top tables were put to use here so complete dining and socializing can occur in the bar area.

This one piece self-contained Hostess Cabinet offers function and charm for greeting diners. The accommodates remote seating software, CPU's and flat-screen monitors, yet conceals unsightly equipment from the approaching customers.

Even from the side and rear the Hostess Cabinet presents a clean and aesthetically pleasing view as the computer equipment remains out of sight of the customer.
