Since 2001 Diversified Building Concepts has been providing complete millwork packages for Bonefish Grills throughout the country. Upon entering the restaurant, the customer is greeted by a Host or Hostess stationed at this Hostess Stand. This simple but tasteful Hostess Station provides the Host or Hostess with plenty of space to serve the waiting customer's needs while making the most efficient use of space. With over 100 stores to our credit, DBC has furnished the lion's share of Bonefish Grills with comprehensive millwork packages. The Back Bar cabinets with the logo etched mirror create The Bonefish Grill's signature look. The expansive granite topped bar provides plenty of room for customers to imbibe in their favorite libations. These custom overhead stemware racks and wine storage cabinets allow for efficient utilization of space while creating an attractive display. Polished granite surfaces and beautifully finished wood glow in the soft lighting to create a warm atmosphere for diners in the bar area. A feature unique to the Bonefish Grill is this free-form island top. This space provides a delightfully cozy corner for two. To accomodate large parties, we provide The Bonefish Grill with these oak and granite Community Tables. These tables typically range from six feet to ten feet in length, and are custom built to order. The bar area and the dining room are separated by the "Mangrove Wall." This is the Mangrove Wall from the Dining Room side. All tables and interior trim are provided by DBC. Another feature unique to The Bonefish Grill is this octagonal planter stand. In larger facilities, this stand is flanked by two low walls to create definition between dining areas. We at Diversified Building Concepts are very proud of our involvement with The Bonefish Grill.
